We recently purchased a truck from Diehl and worked with Anthony C. Incredible experience. Everyone was respectful and we never felt pressured during any part of the process. Additionally, the truck needed an alignment immediately, as we noticed issues on the drive home. Diehl was Incredible and offered to pay for the alignment, no questions asked. I had my toddler with me, they also went above and beyond to make his experience enjoyable. He also made sure I was properly set up with an app for my vehicle before leaving, and made sure I was comfortable navigating it. He even addressed questions I had after the sale. Not once did I feel like I treated as just a sale or number. I wish more salespeople and businesses in general, were like them. They truly, especially Christopher, made this more than just a buying experience, but a meaningful opportunity.
