2020 Honda CR-V EX AWD

I have brought many of vehicle's but Hertrich exceeded all my expectations. Laura is great. I live in southern Maryland about 90 miles away. Laura was willing and able to make a deal via telephone & email with my wife. All we had to do was sign the remaining paperwork and take custody of our keys. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Really great folks at Hertrich Chevrolet! I’m traveling from out of town and lost my truck key. They were able to locate not one but two keys within an hour radius and went to retrieve both of them to get me back on the road. While waiting, I ordered Dominoes and they even gave me water and coffee to enjoy in their comfortable lounge. So hospitable and several of the employees made a point to introduce themselves to me. So kind and thoughtful!

Laura did a great job of helping me find a car that fit all of my needs. She was able to secure great financing for me and a payment that was within my budget. I did not feel pressured at any point during this process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car. My husband has also purchased a vehicle from Laura, and we are both extremely happy with her service.
