Spent over 3 months deciding if I was going to fix my car or get a different one. Did a lot of price comparisons and looking at various dealerships. Came into Luther Honda and was greeted by Cole T. He listened to my 'must have' features, along with my likes and dislikes. Told him I was looking at the CR-V's. Test drove the first and liked it but it felt a bit big. I drove a Mazda 6 before so I knew I'd have to get use to a bigger vehicle. Then we looked at a different model / year of the same vehicle and I loved it. A bit smaller, it's a CR-V Touring so it has amazing features and extra goodies the other one didn't have. Cole truly listens to you and was amazing at explaining all the features, pricing options and so much more. We went past the closing time and he was so gracious and understanding about staying late. Highly recommended this dealership. Chris our finance guy was also very thorough. I am excited with my purchase and the service I received from the team.
Wonderful experience overall! Our sales professional, Jacob Brue, was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions, and helped us find a vehicle that was right for me. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I personally recommend asking for him. Chris who handles finance was equally efficient and knowledgeable when we sat down to take care of paperwork (his was the best finance experience I’ve had purchasing a car, hands down). This dealership has a 5 day return/exchange policy so you can buy with confidence. Love that! Because we purchased used, I made it a point to get a third party inspect our vehicle. Some codes popped up that were questionable. I returned to Honda to discuss them, and the service department was able to address every one of them, which doubly secured my confidence in my purchase. My only “complaint” is that they have a very limited selection of vehicles within a mid-point price range. The expectation is to finance a vehicle, but there are those out there with the intention to buy outright to avoid debt. Would be better to have a few more options to choose from within that 10-20k range.
My experience working with Michelle in new car sales was excellent. I am not in the Mankato area so she worked with me patiently and diligently even though it was largely over email. She provided all the detail to make sure that I knew the answers to what I needed to know and clarified any confusing items quickly. She was clear, direct, and didn't play games with the information, just gave me a strong price offer in a professional and positive manner. Based on my experience, I would recommend Michelle to any new Honda buyer!
