This was my first experience ever buying a used car from a lot. I have to admit I really expected every sitcom cliche! And I was very anxious about being taken advantage of. But it turns out that Ty and his dad Monty are really great salesman and it seems like the idea of family really supersedes their need to make a fast buck! Ty helped me go over every inch of that vehicle. He was kind, he was patient, he answered questions and he never made me feel foolish or pressured for taking my time to make a decision that was best for me. I actually drove away with the exact vehicle that I have been looking for for months. At a fair price. The car was cleaned up and waiting for me when I arrived. I really love my new rig and would highly recommend this lot. It's a place where family still matters and customer service seems to be part of that tradition.

On 3/17/2022 I purchased a 2001 Ford Ranger. I live in Seattle and saw the Ranger online made the call. The salesman assured me it was a good truck. He told me that if I took the train he would have someone pick me up and take a look at it and once I drove it I wouldn't need to get a return train ticket. Man, I love this truck! Got a great price on it and it ran like new! This business has integrity, and true kindness. They were true to their word during the whole process which is all anyone wants during a transaction.
