2010 Honda Element LX Auto 2WD

I bought this Element from auto Z in Feb. I’ve been very happy with the purchase overall. RAY Was very helpful and always responsive. I live on BI and bought it without seeing it in person, which is a risk I took. I loved that Auto Z shipped it for me free! We had one hiccup regarding a repair that was supposed to have been done. But it was minor and auto Z helped take care of it after I had received possession of the car. Their prices are great. I’d definitely shop here again!

Extremley honest & trustworthy. I showed up without an appointment to learn that the car I had my eye on they had taken to the dealership to have a full review done on the battery of the electric car. They said after they bought the car they noticed some things that were concerning - it didn't seem to be holding its charge like they thought it should so out of an abundance of caution they paid the dealership to have it analyzed. So this impressed me. It's my 1st electric car & I wouldn't have noticed what they did, I would have just blindly bought it, so I thought this was very honest of them. It felt good to be able to read the full report & see from BMW themselves that the battery passed all its tests. They absorbed the cost of having the battery examined. I've had the car now for 3 weeks & absolutely love the purchase!! The owner & salesman are all super nice too. The 1st day I came I naively didn't anticipate leaving without a car so I didn't have enough cash to ride the bus home & the owner handed me money out of his wallet - not even knowing if I'd be back to buy a car from him. Really nice people!!
