My wife and I were recently in the market to purchase a new vehicle when I came across Fisher Honda and decided to give it a try. We came in this weekend to check out a few used vehicles I saw on their website. I appreciated that what was listed online was accurate to what they had in stock on the lot. We decided to test drive one of the cars and Ty Freese got us set up. The car drove wonderfully and was in our budget so we decided to buy! Ty was training Alana and they both were so great to work with. Ty explained that their pricing was set based on market value. We overheard a few people come in asking to test drive the same car we were buying so that solidified that the price was a great deal! Overall we’re very satisfied with the great customer service working with Ty and Alana. Thank you for making the car buying experience stress free!
Scott, Jonathan, Alana and the entire Fisher Honda treated me great. It was a great car buying experience and they all showed tremendous patience through the afternoon. Not to often the owner stops buy to meet with your personally and was certainly down to earth. A few prior Honda owners where there and raved about the quality of the vehicle. Certainly a better feeling than some prior Jeep owners that I should have listened to. Alana, thanks for the test drives and the no pressure approach during the process.
