2008 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I had a pleasant experience with Conner. I’m a pretty easy customer, but I do appreciate good humor and personality when receiving customer service. Conner checked the box on those and he also was well up to date on the knowledge of the vehicle I bought. They also were SUPER friendly about having to bring a baby along through it all. Super easy, no pressure and overall a great vehicle! Thanks Conner and the team! Statten and the dogs love their new ride!

This was by far my best experience buying a vehicle. My salesman, Caleb, is fairly new to the industry but was very knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushing me to buy a certain vehicle, but focused on showing me what fit my criteria. It’s my first time buying brand new, which I never thought I would, but am super happy with my Kia, the warranty and everyone that helped me out!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Irene was wonderful to work with. She respected my budget, never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want while still explaining all my options. This was my first time buying from a dealership so I had a lot of questions, Irene was always prompt in her responses both via phone and email. The entire sale was explained in detail and the quotes I was given were accurate, no surprises at the time of sale. I interacted with a handful of staff there and everyone was very professional and respectful, definitely not the same experience I had at other dealerships in town. As a woman buying a vehicle independently, this was a different experience for sure. Will absolutely continue using them in the future
