For starters, Steve Akers was great and patient. He multitasked well but it's probably cause he's been doing it so long. We test drove 3 on the Duncan lots and was honest with him about driving a couple vehicles at other lots. We joked that it might be a waste of time but he respected the need to make sure we had the right vehicle for us. Duncan Ford Blacksburg seemed to take great care in how they detailed and presented their inventory. In comparison, the truck that I was leaning towards at another lot only cleaned the front row. The second and third row was dirty and the previous owners personal items were still in the compartments. When it came down to financing, there weren't a large amount of add ons that I had to haggle over.

We had a salesman (Josh Kenne) that was a wonderful salesman that wasn't pushy and though we couldn't get the sales manager to work with the way we wanted at first in the end we did have a nice compromise and we were able to purchase our vehicle and we were very pleased with the outcome. We are grateful for the way they worked with us to where all parties was satisfied and we left there with the vehicle we wanted.
