2011 Acura RDX Technology Package

I just purchased a van & I love it! Pete was very friendly & professional. I didn't feel like I was getting the run around when I asked him questions about the van. When buying a vehicle it can be very difficult trusting the dealer & knowing the dealer has good intentions for you for the long haul, but with Pete I felt at ease! I highly recommend & I will certainly make CarVantage my first go to when needing a vehicle!

We were actively looking for a new car for a little over a month. My husband and I were trying to stay patient until we found something we were happy with and that felt "right". We wanted to find something we could pay cash for to avoid payments. We had been to a couple of smaller used car dealers already that were not great... the cars were packed in so close and the inside of the buildings were dirty and messy. Customer service wasn't great. I happened across a listing for a vehicle from Carvantage and Pete was very quick to respond. Within a few days, we had test driven the vehicle and decided we wanted to buy. The whole process was very easy and everything lined up. To make it better, Pete is extremely personable and friendly which made me feel more confident about purchasing the vehicle. There was a mechanical issue with the vehicle that was already scheduled to be fixed. There was a slight delay but Pete handled it very professionally and I couldn't be happier with how the transaction went. I cannot recommend Carvantage enough!
