The purchase experience was phenomenal. I felt no pressure to purchase before I was ready, which I had received at another dealership during this purchase. I felt that the dealership was honest and straightforward and that there were no gimmicks in the pricing. Another dealership I visited was discounting prices by $5,000, but then adding a $3,000 required dealership fee to the final purchase price. I was very pleased to see North Park Volkswagen not do this as it seems to be something most dealerships are currently doing. I was also very pleased with the delivery experience. My salesperson went through all of the functions of the car in detail with me and made sure I left with a high level of understanding of how to use the features of the car. We also recently purchased an Audi, and the delivery experience was nowhere near as thorough or well done.
