I stumbled on this dealership when I found a Facebook listing for one of their cars, a very clean 2002 Acura TL Type-S. I went to go look at it one morning and, despite having a rebuilt title as all their cars do, it seemed to pretty much be all in order except for an alignment. We were unable to reach a deal that day, but I came back a day later. Andrew helped work the car into my budget and was honest and upfront the entire way. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. However, the same day I got it, the temperature gauge spiked and wouldn't go down despite the car not overheating. This tripped the check engine light. I told them about the issue, and they told me to bring it down so they could fix it. The next morning, I picked it up and the issue was resolved. Typically, dealerships that sell these kinds of cars are shady and generally will do the least amount of work possible to sell a car. However, it was a breath of fresh air working with Andrew and the team at Northside.
