I have been going to this location since April 2022. I built a RELATIONSHIP with Mr. Gorman and Christine which really made the experience so much better. In April 2023 there was a new service manager. He was nice and helpful but it wasn’t the same for me!! I needed my oil changed and basically 80K mile service. I put it off for months and was contemplating going to another shop. Last week I received an email informing that I could make an appointment online and receive 10% discount on service. Plus, I had received a $15 off coupon in mail (could use 1 not both). I said to myself, “Let me make an appointment and just go!” I really missed Mr. Gorman and the customer service wasn’t the same. And guess who had their first day back on Monday!!!! Mr. Gorman. I hugged him because I was sooo happy to see him. I was sitting in waiting area running my mouth and he stated he tried to get my attention and finally walked over to tap me on my shoulder. This made my day!! I was and AM SO VERY HAPPY! I also have a new advisor, Mr. Destin Ward, who was super friendly and took excellent care of me!!! The price he quoted me didn’t match online total and he took care of it. He has excellent people skills!! I highly recommend this dealership!!! I couldn’t ask for better service. They truly take care of me and make me feel important. OH, and now they have a machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos, etc. It’s so tasty and I rarely drink these but drank 2. I honestly want to stop by just to use this machine!! ????
I am very pleased with my visit with Mrs. Christine. She let me explained what was going on, and made me aware of the charge to check my vehicle out. She told me what the problem was upon talking to the mechanic (Mr. Andrew) I even talked to him. He is very nice. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Lexus. You can't beat professionalism and good service. I really appreciate both of them for taking care of me.
