Do not pass this post… Let me first start off by saying that their customer service was unparalleled to anybody else. Every concern I had during the test drive with the truck was met with the same exact concern for me getting a vehicle I wanted. They were extremely courteous, and did not put forth any fight on keeping a customer happy. I had a lot of bad experiences in Lincoln and let’s just say that this dealer will definitely have future customers coming from me. Shop here first!

Went in here just to look at a car with no intentions of buying it, until I drove it and fell in love with it. Now I’m a proud G8 owner! The whole buying process from start to finish was extremely quick and easy. Ethan and Andrew were both a pleasure to work with. There are tons of neat cars here too! Definitely recommend.

This is the BEST car buying experience of my life, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Jeff was so helpful in the days leading up to us going to see the van, including answering allllll my questions and then some. He had everything basically ready to roll when we got there, including paperwork and a top dollar trade in for our older van. We had some issues after purchase, but Jeff and the team there helped through it all. I cannot recommend Tailgate highly enough!
