I would like to thank Leonardo sales rep. at the Naples Nissan dealership for his patience in helping me find a comfortable, affordable, fuel efficient family vehicle. Leonardo did not show any stress, or rushed the test drive of several vehicles. I realized that customer service reps are faced with the hard work of selling vehicles, Leonardo was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not give any pressure to a vehicle that I was not to sure to purchase. Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to service my vehicle. Danny kept me informed about diagnostic tests, repairs, and ordering parts that was needed to repair my vehicle. He communicated about time frame the parts would take to be delivered in order for the car to be serviced. Because of the delay, Danny offered me a replacement vehicle so that I would be able to get along with my daily life. What a luxury.
