2016 Acura RDX

Well overdue review for my car I bought in July but you know how it is. First time purchasing a car myself, but I’ve been with family when they’ve gotten theirs in the past. The absolute smoothest experience I’ve ever had, the best service I’ve ever seen from a car dealership. Kevin in particular was great, very transparent about the process, how long it would take, and trying to find a car that genuinely fits for me and not just pushing the shiniest, most expensive option. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with them. I asked them for many quotes and they responded and provided them without asking many questions. I like when people are straight to the point. Furthermore, they offered a very good deal. The purchase and delivery was very smooth and fast. Totally recommend them.

I had the best experience buying my used 2021 Toyota Highlander. I highly recommend Kevin in the used car section and Anthony from the financing department. They both were professional, informative, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt they treated me with respect and didn’t get the stereotypical salesman feel. We we’re going to buy the exact same car -year, make, model, and color with less miles out at Toyota West Here in Canandaigua, but ended up leaving because they low balled my appraisal as well as over did the salesman pitch. As a younger woman I fear car dealerships trying to “pull one over one me”. Thanks to Kevin and Anthony they made buying a car a joyful and exciting experience! I can’t thank them enough for everything! We absolutely love our new car and I can promise you that we will only be buying from Bob Johnson from here on out!
