We purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra from Anthony at Master Auto a few weeks back. Throughout our entire experience with Master Auto, Anthony and his team were nothing but accommodating and professional, and went above and beyond for us when the truck needed a bit of extra work to pass for a ME inspection sticker. Anthony is very much a man of his word, and runs a tight, trustworthy, and efficient shop. Thanks again Anthony and everyone else who worked with us! EDIT: Before I purchased my truck, Anthony installed a new water pump, timing belt, high pressure steering line, valve cover gaskets, and an oil pan gasket. Its been 2 1/2 to 3 months since my truck was purchased and Im happy to report that its running great! Anthony and Master Auto do great work, and anyone should feel good about buying their next used car there.
I had a fantastic experience with Master Auto in Revere, Massachusetts. After my car broke down near the McDonald's in Everett, I had a terrible night dealing with AAA. The very next day, I received a call updating me on the status of my car. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and felt confident in their care. I had the pleasure of working with two amazing ladies, Candace and Marie, who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and regular updates. They are truly an asset to the team and deserve recognition for their hard work. I also spoke with Anthony several times and appreciated his assistance.
