The best part of our experience was the feel of the team at Exton Nissan. I’m a nervous mom of a new teen driver and they cared about what was important to me for my family. They were so much fun and made the experience for all of the customers just such a good stress-free time. From Jeff at the desk to Ryan who helped out and of course, a huge shout out to Jessica for being an awesome sales person… and then you walk in the finance room and Jen made it just as easy and exciting. I would tell anyone I know and love to visit Exton. It was worth the drive. The manager, Michael, is doing something really right and has built a great culture.

I recently took my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder to Exton Nissan for service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment my vehicle was dropped off by tow truck, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Kaitlyn took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs and maintenance, ensuring I was fully informed every step of the way. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. My Pathfinder was serviced efficiently and now runs perfectly. My husband and I purchased a used truck from Exton Nissan. We began working with sales consultant Brian who was helpful in answering any questions we had. We came back to complete paperwork and, with the help of Jake, it was an extremely smooth and transparent process. He was so personable and provided easy to understand explanations of all the documents we were signing. Lastly, we worked with Sean to complete the paperwork process. He was extremely patient, well organized, and super knowledgeable. It was very apparent he put a great deal of effort into completing everything just right. Exton Nissan really focuses on a team effort and it made our experience very enjoyable.
