2018 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I can't say better things about the owner, Duke, his family, and their dealership. The reason I decided to buy a car from them is because my dad had previously bought two different cars from Charlotte Auto Group and highly recommended them. The family who owns and works at the dealership are really such wonderful people. They made my whole experience of buying a car so easy and comfortable. I had a minor issue about a month after purchasing my car and when I called Duke, he made himself available that same day to look at it and went above and beyond to fix the problem right away. I also loved that the family sent out a very nice Holiday card/email to all their customers that showed just how much they care about and enjoy running their business. Wow! What a great experience with Charlotte Auto Group, Inc! Michele, Cody and Cooper were so helpful and polite through every step of the purchasing process. After attempting to work with other dealerships during my search for a Honda Odyssey, I was losing faith in the industry, but immediately after walking in the door and speaking to Michele, Cooper and Cody, I was proven wrong - GOOD dealerships and GOOD sales people still exist! They gave us full reign of the cars to look them over without hovering and after we made a decision, they even stayed past closing on a Saturday evening to process everything for us so we didn't have to drive back the following week.
