Had a very low-pressure and relaxed experience buying my first car from Garen. He immediately took care of the couple little things I noticed during my test drive and didn't surprise me with any extra fees. The dealership is in a comfortable neighborhood but close enough to the highway to let you test several environments. It's a short drive to the Lowell RMV (thought a runner was going to take my paperwork, ended up needing to go myself). More responsive via text than email, opened at 10 (website says 9). I'd recommend them to a friend!
