2013 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

My boyfriend and I came in about a month ago with no intention on purchasing a car that day. From the second we got there we were welcomed with smiles and good energy. (we were even welcomed outside before we could walk in!) Even though we told them we were just looking, they treated us the same as if we were intending on purchasing same day. Little did we know we were going to purchase same-day. We worked with Dylan and he and Matt were fantastic! They were able to find me an suv I, more importantly my boyfriend, couldn't say no to. Everything I wanted well within my price range! We ran out of time that day, as we had somewhere to be. Dylan was able to hold the car, get all the paperwork ready, and even come in the next morning on his day OFF, to let us think on it and finish the sale. We had stopped at multiple dealerships that day unimpressed. Dylan was patient, listened to all of our desires/concerns, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions, and most importantly found me a car i fell in love with! He was able to make a situation that is usually very stressful, go very smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership! And if Dylan Hutchinson is there i highly recommend working with him as well!

I felt like I was shopping with a friend with Consuela by my side. She was knowledgeable and also understanding of what purchasing a vehicle with kiddos looks like. She even took my youngest on a scavenger hunt while the hubby and I finished our paperwork. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!
