I was headed out of town and ended up with a screw in my tire sidewall. The tire was not repairable. I went to the dealer and service department and Cindy was fantastic. A new tire was not available until the next day. Cindy spoke to her manager and they approved taking a new tire off a new car and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.
