Omar was very helpful and professional. Joanne finalized my paperwork and was also very nice and professional. The team at Audi Plano was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so nice and polite and I never felt like I was pressured to do something I was not comfortable with. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I've had.
