Alex was very helpful by sending us an iPacket that inludes the CarFax, Dealer pre-sale service, original brochure and orginal MSRP info. Alex also shot a video and sent it for initial inspection since we are 4 hours away. He also addressed all our questions professionally. (We ask a lot of questions and reference Carfax heavily). Next, they arranged a test drive with a local family member before we made the commitment. Michael, another great salesperson they have, handled this beautifully. A few days later we made the 4 hour drive to purchase and got more great service from Vince, the finance manager. We also had questions for the sales manager, who was also very accomadating. A great team that worked together and made us comfortable. We left with a smile and a great car.
