Overall a good experience. The whole process took longer than it should have but I appreciate that when we got to actually buying the car all folks involved took all the time we needed to get our questions answered. Everyone was good natured and friendly. The salesman wanted to sell us a car - not unlike others - just be aware that this is their mode of operation.
