I arrived late for my appointment (25 minutes til closing) and David greeted me and took me to meet Angelika, my sales person. I was welcomed with a smile and warm handshake. Angelika took me for my test drive and the 2021 ILX was everything I wanted and more! The deal was done on my end. Back at the dealership we waited for a bit while the finance manager finished up with another customer. Angelika stayed, even though it was well after closing time, and we visited like we were old friends. There was a bit of apprehension as I waited because I was expecting the deal to be different than what David and I worked out before my arrival (that's happened to me at every dealership I've ever dealt with). I was more than happy when the paperwork that Roland, the finance manager, presented was exactly what David and I worked out before my arrival. Everyone who worked on my sale stayed late to get me the car I wanted at the price we agreed on! I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Thanks to my sales team at Nalley Acura, David, Angelika and Roland I appreciate everything and I will DEFINITELY recommend you guys and Nalley Acura to anyone who needs a quality car and wants excellent customer service! There was a recall on my 2014 Acura, spoke with David, he had me take the car in for an assessment, they confirmed it was under that warranty. He told me he would order the parts & let me know when the parts arrive. I didn’t hear back, but when I called I was given an appointment. Brought the car in and David made the process very seamless for me. Acura need more people like David, I don’t know what they are going to do if he leaves, this guy provides excellent customer service beyond the norm!! Thanks David, you are the best.

I recently took my SUV to Nelly Acura, and once again, I was impressed by their exceptional service. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist customers. During my last visit, I had my toddler with me, and they ensured that we were in and out just in time for nap time, which was a lifesaver. Additionally, the snack bar with its variety of options, including coffee and a fridge stocked with refreshments, is a definite plus. Nelly Acura continues to exceed expectations, providing both excellent service and convenience for their customers. Highly recommended!
