My visit was great this time around but on March 6 my visit was terrible I was told they didn’t do alignment when I brought brand new tires from them because machine was broke that was untrue they then changed their story and said I didn’t ask for alignment charged me to do an alignment bc my car light was coming on. That was the worst experience I’ve had with them all I ask is be honest. I asked for survey but of course it never came. So after this visit I chose to write about it because I never received it even after asking repeatedly for it.
The sales team and the service department team are amazing. Thanks Tia in Sales for my new QX60. Thanks Kim in Service for always making sure my 2015 was in top shape, but not trying to talk me into any unnecessary maintenance. Highly recommend.
