2021 Acura RDX Technology Package

I had never been to Genesis of West Houston before and I spotted a car I was interested in on the internet. I called and spoke with Andres and he told me to come in and see the car. The vehicle was ready for me, it was amazingly clean and in perfect condition for a used car. Looking at their inventory it is obvious they have top-notch cars. I ended up buying the car and they gave me a great price on a trade-in and I could not be happier with my car buying experience. Working with Andres (salesman) and Bruno (finance manager) was a blessing and I truly appreciate them both for exemplifying such high integrity. I would definitely recommend Genesis of West Houston to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

I'm not a dealership person at all, but my experience here was top notch!! I was greeted at my car as soon as I pulled up. Checked in quickly, and was even able to very easily add another service that wasn't scheduled. The renovated building is beautiful and smells heavenly. The waiting area is perfect for both working and lounging. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me back to work and the work was completed before the end of my work day. It was truly a perfect experience!!!

If you are buying a car I, 10 out of 10 recommend this dealership! Make sure to ask for Steven L. We have bought many of cars in our lifetime but the entire experience today was impeccable! Steven made you feel right at home and is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and worry free experience! Not to mention the facility is beautiful not your average slummy car dealership that’s for sure!! There was no downfall at all from the moment we walked in they were attentive and ready to sell a vehicle today!
