I needed a new car, which can be an intimidating experience for me. I reached out to a friend, who suggested Lexus as a good, reliable vehicle. I called and made an appointment with Mike Watson at Lexus, and he made everything so easy for me! He knew everything about the car I was interested in, and answered all my questions. He even went over the paperwork with me, so I would know what to expect if I decided to buy the vehicle. Once the vehicle I wanted was delivered to the lot, Mike sent me a quick text letting me know that the car was on the lot, and asked me if I wanted to see it? My response was that I actually wanted to buy it! I send a BIG thank you to Mike Watson, and Lexus of Chattanooga. They made things so easy for me, and I recommend them without reservation!

I moved to Denver, Colorado, 5 months ago from Chattanooga and was shocked how I was treated by 3 Lexus Dealerships in the area when I was ready to order/buy a car. No customer service, only tried to sell me what was on their lot, and one salesman actually flat out told me to my face no one wants a color combination like that ever when i wanted a car black on black. I was floored/upset as people from the South don't treat anyone like this ever. It's rude, and you will lose customers like me in a heartbeat. I contacted Michael Platt, Salesman, at Lexus of Chattanooga, whom I had prior looked at a GX 460 seven months earlier with him. All of my communications were over the phone or text messages with him. He was very professional and listened to exactly what I was looking for to find it. I told him I wanted a 2023 GX 460, Cavier exterior, Black interior, with a bench seat. Etc. Michael told me he would call me back in an hour. Michael and the staff at Lexus of Chattanooga found exactly what I wanted on a boat heading to a Florida Port right then. They made arrangements to have this car transferred to Chattanooga and ready for me to fly in and pick up the day after Thanksgiving. When I got to the dealership with my assistant Elizabeth, we were greeted in the parking lot by sales manager Taylor Gipson. Who her father Jeff actually sold me my first Toyota car next door years ago, I found out. Small world and shows the dedication/ loyalty the staff have from generation to generation to their customers. I was then greeted by Michael in person and shook hands, and was taken to his office to start the short process of buying the car he worked hard to find for me and everything was laid back/effortless. This is what people want in life and look for is ease. This dealership knows how to make it happen. The Finance Manager Justin Hendrick was very thorough and used a high-tech flat touch screen computer glass on his desk to sign contracts. I was very impressed with the tech, and my assistant wanted me to buy this monitor immediately, but it's patented with Lexus only. The contract was very straightforward and easy to read with no mistakes. It was quick and easy. Next, I was greeted by Techs Aaron and Jackson to go over all the high-tech gadgets or options of the car. I was blown away with all the modern comforts of my new ride and excited. The car was fully detailed, ceramic coated, and showroom quality to drive off in. I was thanked by all of the staff mentioned for my business before leaving the dealership with a big smile on my face from the experience and my awesome new ride. Thank you, Lexus of Chattanooga. Amazing experience! Everyone was straight forward and very transparent about the car buying process. I was on a limited time schedule, and everyone; sales, finance, and technology were brief and to the point. I appreciate their preparation. Highly recommended! I traveled an hour out of my way and still saved about 2-3 hours out of my day! Thanks!
