2021 Acura RDX Technology Package

Had a wonderful experience on Wednesday, March 27, 2024! We drove 3.5 hours out-of-state to see a specific vehicle they had on their pre-owned lot and were out and test driving it within 10 minutes of arrival. Herman was the sales consultant that helped us through the entire process and he was a delight to work with. Everyone on staff was, actually. We met the sales manager, Jeff, briefly and he was so kind, as was the finance manager, and sadly I forgot to grab his card so I can't recall his name. Highly recommend this dealership. In all honesty, the next time I'm in the market and need to buy another vehicle from a dealership, I would be willing to make the 3.5 hour drive again to see them!

We went to get my car serviced. The people there are friendly and helpful. After getting the maintenance done on my car, it was running smoothly. After we made it home, the gentleman sent a text message to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. Everything about the visit there went well. I bought a used Mercedes SUV at this dealership six months ago. That was a very positive experience. Very transparent transaction. Recently my brake system needed attention. The Used lot has its own service department. The service writer named Shelby was very caring and stayed in touch with me for the 2 days it took to get the new master cylinder and install it. Shuttle service was provided free. Today I picked up my car and the brakes are like new. The price was reasonable and explained fully. Acura of Jackson is my new favorite dealership!!
