So I bought a 2014 optima for my 18 year old son who didn't want the high gas prices for his Raptor. Took him 2 months to blow a rod in the engine driving way to fast up the mountain to go snowboarding. 5 stars for Jose at Kia!!! 1 month later Jose put a brand new engine in it and didn't charge me a dime!! You are very lucky to have such a wonderful person at your company. Troy was polite, well versed in representing your company, kind, and gracious.
