2023 Acura RDX A-Spec Package

My fiance and I worked with Ricardo. He was awesome! He truly made the car shopping experience about us and our needs for our growing family. The finance guy I think is Caleb or chase, he was awesome and had a great personality as well. It was overall a great experience and we love our new Subaru ????????

I have always had great customer service here. The waiting lobby is comfy with snacks and drinks. They provide a shuttle home (within 10 miles ) if you have stuff to do, which I did. They also text you with a number to text back to ask questions or updates but some one is always at the desks. I could have gone to a tire place for my new tires, but I chose to go to them instead. They have always provided amazing service over the past several years. Plus they do the cutest dog events too!

My husband and I went last weekend to look for a car. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Our sales woman, Stacy Camp, was incredible. She answered all the questions we had, was super patient with us. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and we drove for about an hour to get to Gillman Subaru so I was tired. She was so nice that she would keep me in the A/C until the next car we wanted to see was ready for us to drive. She even shared her snacks with me. At the end of the day we made a deal and now we are proud owners of a Subaru Forester. Thank you Gillman Subaru for not being pushy, for being patient and for making this experience so easy for our family.
