Found our gem of a truck online on Saturday and drove it home on Sunday! Envision Ford made the transaction smooth and effortless and had us in and out in a matter of mere hours. We just wrapped up a deal with John at Envision Ford of Oxnard on a Cactus Gray Maverick! We did not know it was going to be as hard as it was to find this specific color when we started looking. However, after reaching out to and visiting various Fords from Santa Maria to Woodland Hills, we were lucky enough to find John! From the moment I arrived, I was approached by a very energetic sales person named Martha, who couldn’t have been a better match for me and my personality. She was very honest in telling me that she was new to the sales team, but that she had an incredibly wonderful manager that she’d be leaning on a little bit during the process, and she was right, Chris was absolutely amazing and they worked really hard to help me get this truck which is a much sought-after vehicle. Their GM Nemer was not only extremely approachable but also very available to both me and my husband during AND after the process. My husband has terminal brain cancer and we’d decided to hit the toad and see as many of these United States as we could and we felt like the whole team at Envision FORD was behind us in making our dream come true. Chris and Mike in finance really helped us understand which warranty and protection plans made the most sense for us without “selling” us and JC in parts helped me big time in understanding some of the trickier things in the truck and got me all set up with some cool accessories. I was so impressed by this dealership that we decided to buy a maintenance package using them and I can’t wait to meet the service team and I will definitely be running in to see who I can say a quick hi to!
