We bought our new Toyota LC from Toni Blair at Toyota of Renton. As this car is sold in a way where you put your name on a list, and wait, it’s quite a bit different than usual. After attempting to work with a couple other Toyota dealerships, we were frustrating by their lack of engagement and well, laziness. It honestly seemed like they didn’t want to make a sale. Not the case with Toni! She was ON TOP of it. Helped us secure a car, worked with us on dealership embellishments, walked us through using the car and followed up later. She’s great! Toni Blair is the literal G.O.A.T.! She's attentive, quick-to-respond, and all-around helpful. The service experience and hospitality between the staff members was top-notch. I was in-and-out smoothly with my GR86, and appreciate that the Renton dealership was so friendly. I recently stopped in to pick up my plates and some all-season mats, and the experience was smooth from start-to-finish!
