2021 Acura RDX A-Spec Package

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cerina at Scanlon Acura, I’m a night shift nurse and came in after work, tired, exhausted and stressed.I spoken to Cerina earlier that week to purchase my lease and she brought up maybe leasing a new car and I wasn’t sure, but she assured me that they would take great care of me. She was right! I was half alive at that point but not only did she provide excellent customer service, Cerina, Casey from finance and Brent the manager made what could have been a very stressful experience perfect! I walked away with a brand new 2025 Acura MDX, in red and I couldn’t be happier! They were amazing, Cerina was so sweet and made me feel like a part of the family there. I recently had the pleasure of buying a new Acura Integra from Scanlon Acura. It was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I traveled from Sarasota, because Scanlon was the only dealership that had my 6MT in Blue, and it was certainly worth the drive. I couldn't be happier! Cerina was very pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I had. She's also been great about following up with me to make sure I'm not having any problems and that I'm enjoying the car. Brent was awesome following up with me on the final quote, and very accommodating as I insisted on communicating through email rather than phone. David was very personable and I had some great conversations with him while we did the final finance paperwork. Everyone I interacted with made my buying experience better than expected. Things like putting a giant bow on the car made me feel special. We had a great experience with “G” Dan and Casey at Scanlon Acura in Ft. Myers. We live in Tampa and was definitely worth the 2.5 hr drive. We bought a CPO 23 Integra for our son. They put a big red bow on the hood for us! The car was like brand new. Buying process was super easy no long drawn out back and forth negotiations. We went on the test drive, signed papers and were out of there in 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend this team!
