We discussed a deal over the phone that worked to both of our interests, and he acknowledged me as an educated buyer. Upon arrival to the dealership (on multiple interactions), there was zero bait-and-switch or pressure tactics. Fernando had a professional attitude, and followed through on exactly what he promised. Moreover, I’ve never spent more than 45 minutes to an hour— start to finish with an entire deal/ paperwork. Fernando even scheduled me a ride home after the trade in.
