5-stars! Absolutely wonderful experience and professionalism here, I bought a car about two weeks ago and the experience I had at Volkswagen of Panama City was the best of the best. The atmosphere of this dealership is lovely, everyone I spoke with was very polite, patient, and wonderful. I can’t recommend this dealership enough, they’re very honest and down to earth! Raian was the salesman I was working with and he was able to pull up the CarFax on every vehicle I was interested in looking at along with him asking what I was looking for rather than trying to oversell me something that was way out of my budget. I never thought I’d step foot in any Volkswagen dealership and somehow I did and I haven’t regretted that decision since! The photo was taken after I got home.
I love how kind everyone is. My experience with any kind of maintenance from home to vehicles I have always been talked at and not to. Royce, Matt and Paula were very professional, and kind. While Royce explained on the phone to me that my vehicle may not be looked at on Saturday he did give me Matt and Roberts names to let them know Royce spoke to me and that they would try to get it done. My car was there for a short while and I received a call my car was ready to be picked up. Matt explained the part will take a while to arrive and they will call me when it arrives so we can get my car fixed. He assured me my vehicle was ok to drive. A video was sent of their inspection which was so great to receive. Paula was a pleasant woman who greeted me on my return. Robert greeted me with a smile andbfound Matt for me. Volkswagen really cares about their customers and I know I can trust them. Thank you to the service team you all are great at your job.
Had an amazing experience purchasing my new Tiguan. From out of town… Everyone introduced themselves and very friendly and attentive! A special thanks to our Salesman Tyrone that went the extra mile for us. Definitely recommend this Dealership. Much nicer than the one we usually buy our cars with! Will definitely come back!
