I had a very great and positive experience purchasing my first truck at Nissan of Tustin. The salesman Tuan Do who helped me out was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured or rushed. The managers Jeremy and Yaneli were outstanding! They worked hard to get me a great deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend this dealership.
I wasn't planning on coming that day, but since I was in the area I thought I would give it a try since it was close to closing. I just needed an oil change, but they went way beyond my expectations. Not only did they give me my oil change, but they also rotated my tires and checked everything, also 15 minutes before closing they gave the car a car wash. I know they do that with every car but since it was so late I thought they were going to skip that part ( I wouldn't have been upset if they did, but I'm happy they didn't) So thank you very much for your grand performance.
