The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with Toyota of Gallatin was extremely positive as I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase, and was even offered a refund of my deposit if I had decided to go in another direction. Plus! Toyota's interest rate of 4.75% was a lot lower than my bank's offer of 7.3%. Excellent dealership! Would recommend. If you ever find yourself there, ask for John Gillespie.
