The staff is always courteous. However I don’t like surprises. On each visit I am shown services that are recommended however I am not financially prepared. I would prefer these were discussed when I make my appointment so I can plan financially. Also, services were recommended that I had already received on previous visits. This was very concerning. I will bring my own records on my next service visit. I’m losing my trust.

The most pleasant experience I have had getting service on a vehicle. I had an appointment and all my services were completed in less than an hour. The service advisor Cecilia was very nice and made the visit as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Classic Nissan of Williamsburg. Also, this where I purchased my vehicle last year in June. It was a smooth process and I believe it was Elden who was my sales associate. He even picked me up in the car I was purchasing to bring me back to the dealership to do the trade in on my old vehicle that no longer ran. The only thing I would want to recommend is car mats be in the vehicle at the time of purchase but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.
