My family has been buying cars through Gault for years, and have always had great experiences. Mike and George go out of their way consistently to take care of us, and my latest purchases have not been any different. Just an example, had a flat tire on delivery of my latest car, nail from the shop, but they were quick to swap tires and had it ready again within an hour. Will be buying from them for years to come!
My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Gault over the years, and have always had excellent sales and service experiences. Our recent purchase of a new X4 was no different, and although it was the first time we had met John Dimon, he and Mike (who had sold as previous vehicles) made the process comfortable and seamless. John was ready and willing to explain the differences between the vehicles we looked at, answered all our questions, and asked good questions as well. He was genuinely interested in us, and not just the process. We will certainly be back to Gault, back to see John, and happy to recommend him specifically to our friends.
