I leased my first Acura today with the help of Alex Castrillon. Not only was he professional, patient, knowledgeable he was the same person who had sold my husband his Acura! Alex was great and I love my new car?? although the process takes a long time, he made sure I was kept in the loop with what was happening and where they were in the process. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by such a friendly receptionist my experience was excellent with everyone I spoke to. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and would recommend not only Rallye Acura, but also Alex.
