2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD

Phenomenal Service Department! I was visiting the area when I received an alert on my phone that I needed to service my vehicle. I Googled which Cadillac dealership were in the area and came across Giant Cadillac of Visalia and I am glad I stumbled on this one. Not only did I not have an appointment, and arrived after 10:00a (on a major holiday), and the department was sort staffed, I was able to get my vehicle serviced in a little over an hour. SUPER HONEST AND NO HIDDEN FEES OR EXTRAS!!! Just wanted to write a quick review because of the awesome experience I had with giant Cadillac! I started looking outside of my home State (Utah ) For the car that I wanted because I found that it was going to be alot cheaper. Giant Cadillac was one of the first places I came across and I'm glad that I did! Even though I ultimately did not end up getting my car there (nothing with this dealer, I just found one with slightly better mileage and the exact color I wanted aka im picky lol) I'm glad that I got to talk with them! Especially the sales rep I was working with Manny! He was up front and honest the entire time and even though I called in just asking outright for the OTD price and also calling out of state he treated me as if I was in the dealership. He would get back to me super quick and even took videos and pictures of everything and sent it to me! And when I finally did get the OTD price he took the time to explain all of it and even went back and got the exact details of each fee and the taxes that I was seeing since it wasnt in my state! Manny was definitely trivial in me finding the car that I wanted! & Because of him I was able to call other dealers and shop around with confidence knowing what was absolutely mandatory and what was not. Thank you Manny!! And thanks Giant Cadillac for choosing such honest people to work for you! If your looking for a vehicle I'd definitely give them a call!
