2021 Acura RDX SH-AWD

Overall a great experience. Art was very informative as my sales rep. Paul was also terrific on the financing end! Everything went smoothly on my trade in also, although I thought they could maybe have tossed me a few more $$. I wish that they had buffed out a couple of the road chips and noticed the chip on the windshield also. THat said, I still took the car because I thought it was a fair deal. In the end, that is all you want when dealing in used cars. Kudos to the team.

Worked with Ed for multiple days in a row, for hours to find the right car, amidst my indecisiveness. I felt pretty comfortable asking as many questions as needed with very thorough responses from my sales rep and attentiveness from everyone in the dealership. We stayed several hours after closing to get this done, and I don’t regret a second of it! The car (Q5 Prem Plus) is amazing, and my sales rep is extremely communicative even after the sale.
