What a great experience in buying a new vehicle. My sales person Brice was on point! His patience was amazing as I tried to determine if I wanted and an SUV or a Car. I did not feel rushed or pressured. The Manager was great as well worked on best finance options and made my numbers work. Finance was a breeze and again someone with a big smile.

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me with a heart full of gratitude and a smile plastered on my face. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the incredibly friendly staff. WOW! I dont even know where to begin here! I initially wrote a review that was way too long for this and had to delete it and start over due to character limits! This team here was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am always VERY skeptical going into a new car dealership and thinking I'll walk out with a vehicle because usually they are not willing to work with their customers and some are just plane right rude. I can tell you this! Not only did they work with me and my wife on her new Nissan Rogue, but because of how well they did! I came back the next day, and traded in my Ford for a Nissan Pathfinder. Bobby was the managers over there that just went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations by pairing me up with an absolutely fantastic sales rep, Ivan(he showed genuine interest in the sales/cars topic, and you can tell he wasn't just trying to make a commission). I am including a photo of our brand new Nissan vehicles along with a photo of the rep who helped us so you can find him and ask for his help! Honestly this review was tough to leave, I never thought in a million years Id rate a car dealership a 5 out of 5 stars on here, but here I am! This team did THAT great of a job with us! Its not even been 24 hours since I've gotten my new pathfinder and I am still in just complete shock with how good this team was to us and how willing they were to REALLY fight and give an honest shot to make this happen for us! I've wanted to be back with Nissan for a bit now and I never thought it would be anytime soon just because of my situation and they made it happen! Day 1: Walk into Nissan Dealership with VERY low expectations of walking out with a new vehicle. Day 1 after hours (yes, they even stayed to assist us) my wife walked away with a vehicle she REALLY wanted! Day 2: I walk into this Nissan Dealership with again SUPER low expectations, I just didn't think they would ever be able to get it done! They beat my credit union financial rate, gave me a very generous offer on my Ford Ranger and honored the sale deal they listed for the Pathfinder I wanted! No smoke and mirror here! They are Legit! Day 1 late evening, I walk out with a new Nissan Pathfinder and my Ford vehicle traded in! Just an overall unbeatable experience here! It might be the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership I have been to so far and I have been to ALOTTT over many many years of buying vehicles! I will tell you this! They beat out Fords dealership by a mile and then some in terms of quality, professionalism, and likeability! I hope should I ever need to go in for maintenance their team there is just as well received but time will tell! I will have to go get an oil change at some point and will update my review then!
