2023 Acura RDX SH-AWD

The service team always treats me with respect and a friendly attitude. I had not been up the tge shop in about 8 months do to a spinal surgery and was surprised when they remembered I had my surgery and asked how I was doing. They treat you like family and will highly recommend them.

The service is great, from reception to sales to service department. My salesman, Chris, was very kind, patient, and accommodating. Having done my research on pricing beforehand, I noticed that they never tried to quote an egregious price for anything; it was all fair price and they never tried to pressure me towards anything more than what I said I really wanted.

Austin was awesome! He called me by my name when I entered the room! Robert was the tech who worked on my CRV and appears to have done a good job so far . Had oil changed, tires rotated, and brake fluid plus general check of hoses, fluid levels, battery, tire pressure etc. Received coupon for 8$ discount Thank you Austin Service was done while I waited & listened to some Awesome 70’s music! Just happens to be my favorites!! Good job today! Thank you Austin and Robert!????????????
