After driving the same car for ten years, I was unfamiliar-and honestly a little overwhelmed-with the process of buying a new vehicle. The team at McGovern put me completely at ease. I was pleasantly surprised as I walked into the dealership how many employees walked by and just greeted me as they were already helping another customer. The atmosphere was very relaxed and with no pressure. People just willing to help and answer any questions. Employee insisted that I drove the vehicle to make sure it was what I was looking to buy explaining features at the time. I eventually ended up buying a new Genesis upon which I received excellent pricing. Due to the fact I live in NH the vehicle was delivered to me. When delivered I then again received a total explanation of the features, and they helped with the programming to my specifications. Matt then followed up several days' latter to see if there were any further questions.
