The customer service was probably the best I've experienced along my car buying journey. My salesman, Dave Jaffe was patient, attentive and transparent. He went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I asked for and made sure I walked away confident in my purchase! Even down to signing the paperwork, Cedric took his time explaining each form and was never pushy as some dealerships can be. I came in late Wednesday night, test drove a HR-V EXL and was greeted the next morning with a beautiful red bow waiting for me and the keys. They were very personable and kind throughout the process and more importantly, genuine in their approach. Thank you for making this purchase such a stress-free and smooth process!!
