2019 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

It’s always great customer service from when I call to book my service appointment until I drive out! Never a long wait. And when waiting I’m always comfortable in the waiting area with beverages and snacks. Everyone here is always nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions I might have. I literally drive 30 minutes out the way just to come to the Acura dealership. Highly recommended!!

I was very undecided about a few different cars for a few months, I was recommended to Erica from a completely different dealership and I was extremely pleased with how amazing her service was. She made this the easiest car buying process I have ever had. She was EXTREMELY personable and knowledgeable, didn't force or pressure me into a decision. So many factors besides the car itself made my decision to get a 2023 TLX Type S extremely easy. I had to wait a few weeks for the car and she kept me updated the entire way through.I finally got to pick it up today and she made sure I didn't drive off the lot without knowing everything I needed to know about the car. I don't think I will ever go to a different dealership again. From start to finish with Erica and the rest of the staff, I left today with my dream car and happier than ever. I will 100000% recommend Erica to everybody!

I was met by Gina upon arrival at the service department. She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve hired many people over the years and I can tell you that she is a terrific new hire. A great addition to your staff. Leo, the mechanic, was also very helpful and demonstrated a great deal of experience. Five stars all around.
