This was my first experience with Bridgewater Lexus at first I was a little hesitant because I have been with the same dealership for 20 years which I loved and could never say a bad thing about them. This time I decided to go a different route and try something new so I did and Eddie R was fantastic I could not recommend him more if you looking for a Lexus. I was fortunate enough to meet Eddie R and have him assist with my first car purchase! His customer service is really hard to beat. He wasn’t pushy at all, listened to what I wanted and answered every question that I had. He kept me updated every day while they were trying to locate the car I wanted (thank you Brittney!!). Joelle also made the financing a breeze. I thought the whole process was going to be stressful but Eddie & everyone at Bridgewater Lexus made it really easy and pleasant. Also, the finishing touches of the bow on my car and balloons really put the experience over the top.
