We had an easy amazing experience buying our most recent car! I called about a recently listed vehicle with no pictures and asked for some. I had pics minutes later. Coming from a 1 star experience at Vallejo Nissan I received the opposite treatment from Isaiah at Steve Hopkins in Fairfield CA. Isaiah was efficient, friendly, professional and attentive. I had no issues at Steve Hopkins. The environment was comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. The area is located in a clean and safe location of the city which was the opposite of Vallejo Nissan. I advised Isaiah that I greatly dislike car salesmen and the vehicle purchase/sale process, but this experience was easy and almost fun. He modestly stated that he hears that everyday. I highly recommend Isaiah as well as the KBB process at Steve Hopkins where I received MORE than the KBB offer. Thank you Isaiah
